Are you currently selling your products in Great Britain (GB) or wish to expand into this market in 2021?

Are you currently selling your products in Great Britain (GB) or wish to expand into this market in 2021?

As of 1 January 2021 the following requirements will be applicable for cosmetics products already placed on or to be placed on the GB market:

  • A UK based RP will needs to be designated by 1 January 2021
  • Cosmetic Products must be notified on the UK Notification Portal – the notification      for products already placed on the GB market must be performed in 90 days      after 1 January 2021
  • Labelling of products will need to be amended within 2 years
